Ooh, I forgot Oscar?

Poohbearsmom · 03/12/2009 15:41

Matthew popped n2 my head when i heard your lovely dds names. I like carter (noah whatshisname) from E.R is who i thought of hav no idea who/what the 'unstoppable sex machine' is/was?? Hav to say i love Louis though and it carries the 'L' sound through from Scarlette and Isabella really nicely... Sorry your feeling rubbishy today

SimplySuspicious · 03/12/2009 15:16

Kaiden, Luca or Finlay

GoldenSnitch · 03/12/2009 15:08

It's not sad. It's a lovely name.

He may love being the 'unstoppable sex machine' when he's older I doubt anyone much younger than us would know what that was anyway!

madmissy · 03/12/2009 14:46

My cousin just had a Colby!

I always liked Carter and you know I like Alexander but how about..

Jackson?
Jasper? - My SIL's nephew is called this and his sister is Scarlet.
Harlan?
Torin?
Colby?
I also know a Quincy, a Wilson and my friend had a Sebastian 3 months ago

All pinched from friends of mine who've had little boys...

Fair enough.

Seb is geat though, classic yet unsual.

max/maximilian if fab (but I am biased!)

madmissy · 28/11/2009 09:44

dh just doesnt want to use a name that he chose with his ex wife and tbh neither do i

i think i may have got him around the idea but he likes it as Seb

i also like the max but our friend has a max...

Alexnader doe sfit the regal but not King of Englandy criteria, i think it's lovely and the family connection is nice too.

Does it matter if his brther has it as a middle name? Nice link for the brothers to share a name??

Sebastian is great too-one that I couldnt talk my Dh into though!

shockers · 28/11/2009 09:22

Scarlette, Isabella and Max....

madmissy · 28/11/2009 09:20

i liked alexander as it was dh's fathers name and i think xander is nice but his son from previous marriage has that for a second name..

think i am favouring Sebastian at the moment

not keen on micheal bit too boring for me

OP posts:
shockers · 28/11/2009 09:20

Max.

homicidalmummymademincepies · 28/11/2009 09:14

I'd go for SebastiaN or Alexander

Think it needs to be quite a long name...

BrokenArm · 28/11/2009 09:11

The Scarlet & Isabel I already know IRL have a little brother named Michael (Biblical middle name, too).

cremeeggs · 28/11/2009 09:09

Felix
Seth
Ted
Ryan
Owen
Ellis
Blake
Harrison
Lucas/Lewis
Eli/Elias
Aaron
Cameron
Jed
T obias/Toby
Elliott
Adam
Orin

madmissy · 28/11/2009 09:06

I think I have talked hubby around a bit on Sebastian...

Maximillian is quite cool but don't think he will go for that.

OP posts:
bellissima · 28/11/2009 08:46

Jerome

(and agree on Max (imilian).)
Rhett!

BaronessBarbaraKingstanding · 28/11/2009 08:42

Gregory

Louis

Theodore

or Maximilian.

You want something grand, regal but not King of Englandy to go with your DD's names imo.

dizzydixies · 28/11/2009 08:18

Tilly we were going to have a Reuben known as Rudy if that helps at all - I'm not one for the rules re nicknames/shortenings though

Tillyscoutsmum · 27/11/2009 22:35

I like the name Rudy but think it would have to be Rudolph or Rudyard on the birth certificate (neither of which I'm totally keen on), so I suspect it may be out for that reason. I really couldn't call a christmas baby Rudolph could I ??
