That's about it really! I love the name Grace, but it is very popular in my part of the world. Any ideas welcome!

I know two Grace's and we have a daughter called Alice. When they asked me my daughters name they both said they were either going to have Grace or Alice..both couldn't have Alice as there were Alice's in the family already....interesting !...Its a beautiful name....classic..pretty and slightly quirky, yet is isn't as popular as Grace. xx

Yes we have picked boy name quite easily - both like William. When I was pregnant with my dd I had picked a girl name straight away and stuck with it. It was boy name then that we struggled with! I wonder if it is a "sign" that we don't need to find a girl name!

I know of a little Amina. I do think it's odd that her brothers are Sam (Samuel) and Jake (Jacob) though.

Poohbearsmom · 13/10/2009 14:01

Esme is lovely and another vote for faith too... Or if ud like something a little different Amina is the name i have picked for my little girl if i ever have one... Iman (like da supermodel who dated mick jagger) is the arabic for faith... Have u any name if ur having a boy??

It is hard finding the perfect name! On top of that I work in an animal rescue center and spend a lot of time naming stray animals. Therefore it can be hard not to be reminded of a dog/cat with a similar name

What about Sarah? It's really underused now and I think it's a lovely name with a lovely meaning.
