There are 3 x Megans at dd2's preschool.

Also, generally lots of girls with Ellie/Millie type names.

ninedragons · 14/07/2009 13:32

All the boys are Jack, Max or Rory.

Little bit more variation with the girls: Caroline, Sadie x 2, Annabel, Beth, Lily, Chloe, Grace etc. No Sophies, Ellas or Isobels - think they are on their way out in our area.

Thomas, Ben, Joshua, William, Harry, Charlie, Oliver.

Ellie, Ella, Evie, Millie, Tilly, Charlotte, Chloe, Isobel, Sophie/ Sophia.

I haven't met a single Thomas, Emily, Emma, Joshua etc - we seem to have lots of unusual/weird names round here particularly for the girls.

Most boys called either Ben, Tom or Jack

Girls are Grace, Ellie, Isabella, Daisy or Rosie for girls.

MadBadandDangerousToKnow · 13/07/2009 18:10

When dd was at toddler group, there were about five Ellies and Ellas.

BikeRunSki · 13/07/2009 16:50

Oliver and Niamh.

Milly and Eddie too.

Tamlin · 13/07/2009 13:23

Went to one toddler group in the local hall where seven out of eight little girls were called Freya. There were two Freya May/Maes, and two Freya Junes, moreover.

The other big girl's name around here is Beatrice, weirdly enough - I know four under the age of two.

For little boys, it's the usual suspects - three Williams, two Charlies, two Thomases, three Olivers, two Freddies.

JRocks · 09/07/2009 22:59

Lewis, Jack, Chloe, Milly, Mia

I have none of the above

Tommy · 09/07/2009 22:59

in our (fairly small) todder group, we have

2 Joshuas
2 Finlays
2 Isabelles
