I like it, was a contender for ours but we had girls - tis MIL's maiden name so we had the family connection too

Issy2008 · 10/07/2009 20:47

Love it! x

minouminou · 01/07/2009 14:57

Not mah bag....but then my opinion isn't worth v much on the subject of names!

hulabula · 01/07/2009 12:47

I quite like Rafferty/Raff.

MamaLazarou · 01/07/2009 11:55

Yes. You have to be posh to have a son called Rafferty. His top hat and monocle will look out of place otherwise.

NotKeenOnFish · 01/07/2009 11:40

Sarah Beanie also has a son called this. We are not uber posh, or indeed any sort of posh, do you think this is a problem?

I love it but DH has vetoed it because it would remind him of some golfer.

One of Jude 'n' Sadie's kids is Rafferty I think.

Uber posh, so if you are and send DS to private school then you'll be fine!

traceybath · 30/06/2009 20:00

I think its nice. Only reservation would be i think sadie frost has a child called this.

CountessDracula · 30/06/2009 19:59

nope

ShowOfHands · 30/06/2009 19:59

It's a lovely name.

Kayzr · 30/06/2009 19:57

I really like it.

piscesmoon · 30/06/2009 19:56

It is very Irish, but I hate Ralph or Rafe too. I think it would be a good name for a cat.

pippylongstockings · 30/06/2009 19:47

I like it - and I like Ralph/Rafe.

NotKeenOnFish · 30/06/2009 19:43

Why do you all hate it?

OP posts:
Tillyscoutsmum · 30/06/2009 17:10

I like it but DH has vetoed it on the basis it is "too irish"

So I say yes!

loobylu3 · 30/06/2009 16:08
