DesperateHousewifeToo · 19/06/2009 17:06

Magnus:

One in his mid-teens (was at school with 2 others I didn't know)

One 7yr old

Gus:

One about 6yrs old

One about 45yrs old

(both short for Angus tho)

singersgirl · 19/06/2009 16:51

2, one in his 30s and one in his 40s (latter is Swedish, though).

FanjolinaJolie · 19/06/2009 16:45

None, but we have a lovely friend in his thirties called Magnus, Mags for short. It's a lovely name, very noble.

ICouldKillMyExThisMinute · 19/06/2009 16:41

I know a seven year old

bluebump · 19/06/2009 16:39

One but he lives in Denmark. Fab name!

BelleWatling · 19/06/2009 16:38

I know several grown up ones...but they work in our Nordic office so probably not much help.

I love it though...adding it to my next baby name list.

TabithaTwitchet · 19/06/2009 16:15

I know one, but he is in his teens. I think it is a great name

I have 10yr old and 7 yr old and know no Magnus's (we're near Newcastle). Do know a Gus at swimming which I quite like and think is unusual, he;s about 6, never thought if it was short for Magnus or not. I like it.

Twinklemegan · 18/06/2009 22:30

One aged one.

ingles2 · 18/06/2009 22:30

Oi! Gus is a fantastic name! I've got a 9 yr old Gus
but yes I think Gus is an inevitable nickname, I can't think of many boys who would be happy with Mags.

GrimmaTheNome · 18/06/2009 22:20
