other than the obvious ones... rose/rosie, daisy...

any other ideas?

Iris, love Iris, I have a niece who is Iris.
Rowan (Ok, tis a tree)
Jonquil (French for Daffodil, but established name in its own right)
Marguerite (French for Daisy)

yes i do, i already have a buttercup (middle name) so the more unusual the better!

had also thought of sweetpea (perhaps a bit twee!) and peony (my favourite flower!) but dont think they work.

I know someone with this name, definitely unusual but not difficult to spell or pronounce etc.
