which would you choose as I love them both?

I love these names equally and i will wait to see her but interested in what you think?

Rose is a family name so would be middle name and surname starts with T and has 2 syllables

Isabel Rose

A friend of mine's DD is called Isobel Rose, but tbh, I prefer Abigail.

There are lots of baby Isabels around here too, so I'd probably go for Abigail, but they're both pretty names.

Comparing the two names i prefer Isabel - something about Abigail has never appealed to me

however Isabel is much more popular if that bothers you, and also there are numerous different spellings of Isabel which could potentially bother you as well

still imo the name Isabel is nicer though lol
