We've had classic names, what about EXICITING or BEAUTIFUL boys names?

The classic names were nice but seemed quite dull IMO, what boys names would do you like that could be described as exciting or beautiful?

LizzyIzzyLou · 17/04/2009 09:38

Oh kitkat I wasn't being rude .. honest. I don't mind if you interrupt this thread, its not mine

I just thought you would get more replies if you had a thread with just your question on it rather than posting it at then end of a thread most people are bored of by now.

I was trying to be helpful!

kitkatqueen · 15/04/2009 14:11

sorry didn't mean to interupt, thought it would be ok to ask as someone else already had , bye then...

BootyShake · 15/04/2009 11:41

kitakat you might find you get more help if you start a new thread all of your own

kitkatqueen · 15/04/2009 00:32

Thanks I got 1 from that list!!

Any more names that might "go"....

SK1980 · 15/04/2009 00:15

if you like different names there are some great Welsh names on here: www.babynames.org.uk/welsh-boy-baby-names.htm

Ok ladies, Lots of ideas on here, but I need HELP!! I need a boys name for no4. I have 2 girls with fairly short russian 1st names and very traditional long english middle names. I have a son called Jensen. He also has a long traditional middle name. ( kind of our theme) The surname causes problems for names related to colours / motorbike names etc because its sparks and I just couldn't do that to the kid!!

Dp won't go for anything too extreme and I won't go for anything too boring or well used.

( in case you are wondering I had never heard of Jensen button)

FairLadyOfMuslinCloth · 14/04/2009 14:01

nappy...my gues it is it pronounced Obee...just as Obi Wan Kanobi (no idea of spelling, lol)

Hehe...and this reminds me...when ds 2 (Yannic) was born our lovely neighbour send a card congratulating us on the Birth of our son Anakin...she was so embaressed...and couldn't think of how she got it confused...bless her

Cosmo will always be that Fairy in Fairly Odd Parents... (when growing up I went to school with a girl called Cosima...

Wolfblass · 13/04/2009 21:19

Our son is 3 weeks old and he's

Gabriel

Dp's choice mainly - i vetoed it years ago when pg with dd! However i fell in love with it this pregnancy.

People hate it then tell us how beautiful it is after a few days or a week or so!

It's a perfect and beautiful name for a little man xx

nappyaddict · 13/04/2009 13:24

Just heard of the name Obi. Anyone no how it is pronounced?

I like Lucien.

AllotmentMum · 13/04/2009 00:05

My son is called Cosmo - I never need to put a surname on his name tapes. Also know a Ferdinand, a Hamilton, a couple of Gabriels, a Pablo and an Xavier. Why should girls have all the best names!

Mumcentreplus · 12/04/2009 14:29

Jannai

Tinker · 12/04/2009 14:15

I love Raphael and suspect there'll be a mini-oom of them in Liverpool.

Really, really love Amadeus but just know I couldn't use it. Bit too indulgent
