This is an area for discussing names isn't it?

Given that names are so personal to the people who choose them I should think there is untold scope for vast differences of opinion and taste here.

People express all manner of opinions about all sorts of names and I have no intention whatsoever of upsetting bereaved parents.

Actually the title of this thread poses a question. It doesn't make a statement.

I think your response is a gross over reaction, out of all proportion and is quite unnecessary too.
