Not a surname but there was a girl acrobat in the paper the other week, her name was probably meant to be Lucinda but it was spelt Lucinder.

A colleague of dh's wanted to double barrell her name with her new dh. She ditched that idea fairly quickly when someone pointed out she could be Mrs Curry-Topping.

Tanya Hyde (honestly)
Christoper Peacock (who was called Chris - say it fast)

And a friend of my dad's was going to call his daughter Carey until my dad pointed out that with a surname of Hunt it wasn't a great idea...
