I have a Poppy Grace. Grace is my middle name so has a family connection. She was going to be poppy Elizabeth but with a surname starting with e we thought the initials were a but risky! Wink

I have a daughter called Poppy-Olivia. Her surname begins with a P so her initials are POP
Lol x

Poppy Blanche
Poppy Cara
Poppy [her birthday month] - e.g. Poppy September sounds amazing, Poppy June kinda cute, Poppy February perhaps not?] Or maybe her birthstone? Poppy Diamond, Poppy Sapphire, Poppy Emerald (not Poppy Ruby though?)

I seem to be going the hippyish route. Poppy Juliet I do like as well though.

SalmonintheLiffey · 16/02/2009 21:08

Poppy Beatrice
Poppy Juliet
Poppy Annabel
Poppy Elizabeth

Somthing classic and not at all cute.

dd2 was going to be Poppy Kate but ended up getting Poppy as middle name instead. Poppy Kate is definitely the best combo here, well done xmummykatex!

I have a Poppy, no middle name but was thinking of adding Elizabeth as a middle name for family reasons and also because she could have her pick of traditional names if she doesn't want to be 'one of the Poppys' as she grows up! (Liz, Beth etc)

Wish now I'd chosen something less popular as a first name to be honest!

gladders · 16/02/2009 16:09

no no no - has to be

Poppy Madeleine

Bettymum · 16/02/2009 14:51
