Indian/English baby names

My friend is half indian/half english and her and her DH are looking for a name that will work in both cultures. Can you make any suggestions and I will refer her to this thread. Thank you.

For boys I really like Rohan, Lucas and Corey.
Adrian, Daman work v. well for both.

Girls are easier I think-
I like Mya and Safiya
Names like Minu, Alisha, and Leila seem to fit really easily.

I don't think they have an issue with pronunciation, they just want the name to have a nod to both cultures.

Ajay, Jay and Neel are quite English-sounding but tbh I have never had a problem pronouncing people's Indian names.

My dh is Indian so we had this name problem when our ds was born. I like the gentler sounding boys names such as Ashwin, Krishna, Raj.

tumble tots has a little chap called Tariq - no idea of the origin of Daddy Mummy is White European. little boys is a beautiful blend. his sister is Aleesha (sp?)
