What do you think of the name Guy?

I like it, DH does and most important my dearest mother gives it her seal of approval!

What the general opinion on it though as I haven't heard it used very often?

Well I know a Guy and he is definitely not gay and he is a very nice chap, so because I associate the name with someone I know, I like it.

Like it. It is can be used in France to be short for Guiellme (sp?), French version of William.

Guy isn't a gay name- Guy of Gisborne was much hotter than puny old Robin Hood.

He could work for MAC as a makeup artist and get me cheap makeup.

When I was very young I had the most enormous crush on a boy called Guy, it has made me very fond of the name. I've never met a Guy who wasn't dark and good-looking (if a little short).

Quite like Guy Alexander. It goes with our surname as well.

YES Lovely, like names that can;t be shortened
