Ah the good old accent comes into play here. Kerr vs Care are exactly the same in our accent. Same as Hare vs Hair vs her. He Is a consultant so not technically a Doctor label and very personable so never uses Mr etc

Chris Peacock was a presenter on Southern TV. We used to call him Piss Creacock.
