Which do you prefer, husband's or mine's names?

So we both agree to only pick 2 names,
DH suggestions are : Carter and James.
While mines are Diane and Jane.
We are expecting a little girl. So his choices are a bit stupid to me.

All those names are bad, especially your husbands for a girl. I would go with Carla if you both agree on that, by far the best x

Jane is lovely. I don’t like Diane but I do like Diana.

Carter and James are not names for a girl.

He is giving me lots of reasons "she will blend in everywhere " and stuff like that.

Okey I also love Carla and Emily ( we agree on). BUT he is so so so pushy on his names.

Is he holding out hope for a boy? Odd choices if not. Yours are a bit old fashioned and not in a charming way. Maybe have a look through some lists together online.
