Polish name for a boy

We're looking for a boy name that would work well in English and Polish. Ideally, I would like it to be pronounced and spelled in a similar way in both languages. Minor differences are ok.

I don't mind if the name is popular. I would like it to sound quite modern and not too unusual/old fashioned in either language.

We like Leon and Artur but we can't use them.

from your list I like Oskar the best.

Not sure I would worry overly about spelling such as Kacper instead of Caspar. My son is called John (Johnny), we get a huge range of spellings. Even his school report had 3 spellings of his name in it! You’d probably have to be able to shrug it off a little but not a big deal.

Anglo-Polish boys I know are Adam and Konrad.

I think Oskar works best from your original list, and Jan from your second list. (I doubt many of today's babies are called Ian so no worries there.)

@timoteigirl , Philip is usually 1 L, so you'd probably only need to spell it if you were Phillip. Having said that, some people struggle with anything more complicated than Bob.

@GreenLemonade , Lukasz is nice but several posters have misspelt it, so you might find that IRL too.
