I'm seeking opinions on the name Ash for my baby. I'm a fan of the Evil Dead series and I think it's a unique cool name, I'm open to all feedback, but I do think it should be kept constructive and respectful

I like it! I do not like Ashley at all. I know an adult Ash - he's never had any issues with his name.

No definitely not.
It's not horrible it's just not a proper name in my book.
It does not connote seriousness or solid dependability.
Sounds a bit flakes.
Remember a person is a child for only a v small portion of their lives.
The chosen name should suit an adult.

I like it as a nickname for Ashley or Asher but not as a stand alone name.
