It's new to our list.

Emery for a girl, nickname Emmy. I also like Emma, but know too many my age and older.

Would you pick Emery or Keira? Others on the list are Phoebe, Sophie, Ruby, Everly, Isabella "Bella", Poppy and maybe Emma.

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

It makes me think of Dick Emery. In drag.

Emeila ?
Anything from your list except Emery-board because that was my first thought too.

Stormyweatheroutthere · 28/10/2024 21:14

It's rough where we live.. My dd is Nailfile...
Emery is for toffs only.

Imo. .

RosesAndHellebores · 28/10/2024 21:14

She'll undoubtedly grow up with nice nails.

Emmeline?

sel2223 · 28/10/2024 21:14

I prefer Emma or Emmeline..... I know a little girl just called Emmy, not a nn.

RancidOldHag · 28/10/2024 21:13

It's not a name, it's a manicure implement.

Or the comedian, Dick (less known to younger generations, but was hugely famous)

I would pick Keira from your list

Edited to add: or just call her Emmy

Not keen on Emery as its not an actual first name.

Reminds me of Mr Emery my woodwork teacher.
Or Emery boards.

Pretty much all your other names are better.
Eleri is nice though, if you want something similar.

Outlookmainlyfair · 28/10/2024 21:11

I hope you don’t have a surname Board

SellFridges · 28/10/2024 21:11
