Baby girl came early- names!?

My girl came 6 weeks early just 4 days ago and is currently in NICU at the moment. She had some breathing problems but is getting a lot stronger.
We hadn’t decide on a name!
I’m native American by heritage and was adopted to the UK as a child, so I wanted something to reflect that part of our heritage. My biological family I know had ties with the symbol of a wolf in their Seneca tribe, so we’ve decided on Tala as her middle name (wolf in Native American).

We thought we had another month and a bit to decide on first names but not any more!

I love Elowen (my husband is Cornish so it also fits that way).
I also like-
Willow
Etta
Sorrel (but I’m not sure if it’s too uncommon)

Our surname is Smith and her middle name is short too, so now I’m leaning towards 3 or more syllable first names, but I’m just not totally set on any!

Ive taken a lot of names off my list as I don’t think they fit with “ Tala Smith”. The only one that flows to me at the moment is Elowen.

Any suggestions I’d love 💕! I’m very into name meanings and quite like vintage names

Congratulations!! Glad little one is getting stronger day by day.

Elowen is absolutely beautiful.

Tala is nice but it's Sioux. Do you have Sioux heritage? I wouldn't just pick a word from another tribe if your ancestry is Seneca, sorry. I love the idea of honouring your Native American background but would go for the actual group/ language itself.

@Snoopfroggyfrogg yes agree, it’s hard to find both a name people can pronounce, nice meaning and language origin from your specific tribe. The Seneca tribe does include a wolf clan, which it seems my biological family were very connected to. I have a knitted wolf quilt from my biological grandmother and it’s a special meaning to me. My heritage is primarily Seneca in immediate lineage but I have a maternal grandfather who was Sioux, and maternal grandma was Mohawk- so all of that combined, we think it fits!

Elowen is lovely! As is Willow.
Etta Tala is a bit of a mouthful. Sorrel sounds too similar to "sorry" for me

I really like Elowen Tala Smith too! Gorgeous name. Congratulations:)

Elowen and Sorrel are.both gorgeous.

I like Etta a lot but I think its too many short names with the other 2.

Willow for me is soso. I don't hate it nor love it.

Elowen is lovely! (Could be shortened to Elle, Nell or Wen if you wanted to).
