So I decided very early on in my pregnancy that my son would be called Zachary. My husband was not crazy about the name initially but he's since grown to like it. I'm due any day now and I'm having a massive wobble!

Other names I really like are Jack and William. I love Alexander but we've got a close relative with the same name.

I think I generally like strong, traditional names and that's why I might not be completely in love with Zachary anymore? I feel like it might be just slightly to Americanised for me now. I still think it's beautiful, just not what I'm going for.

Any suggestions of strong, traditional boys names for me in the eleventh hour!?

What about Zachariah or Zacharias? Maybe a bit more unusual?

Zachariah is a beautiful name.
OP - It is very normal to wobble, it's a weighty decision! Did you LOVE Zachary earlier in pregnancy? If so, I think you can trust that love and just call this cold feet.

I love William, I always think that's such a lovely name. Would have used it if it wasn't taken in my family!

Sebastian
Dylan

You have 6 weeks to register once baby is here. Try Zachary for a bit and see how it feels and if it suits baby. Try other favourite names. I think the right name will stick and just feel like it belongs to him.
