Lucy? Too cute for adults?

Thoughts on Lucy, I love it for a little girl but maybe too cute for an adult, will she dislike it when she's older?

Well, it is quite different, as I’d say those are very dated. You don’t hear many baby Debbies or Wendys!

I know so many adult Lucys! I went to school with lots of them. It’s a totally normal, acceptable if-anything-too-popular name.

I know 3 adult Lucys - 2 are heads of departments, one is an area manager. All 3 suit their name/their name suits them and all three do NOT do cute.

Lucy is a very standard name. It doesn’t seem to have held back Lucy Allan, Lucy Frazer, Lucy Worsley etc.

It's a classic, normal and nice name. Nothing cute about it. Why do you think so?
I have known several adult Lucys - never given it a second thought.

I have a Lucy and I love it. I have met far more adult Lucys than little girls though which is one reason I like it. Lucy could be 70, 30 or 3.
