What’s your absolute favourite girl name right now?

@willWillSmithsmith what a lovely post. My name is Sarah and my mum was very firm when choosing my name back in 1973. It had to be classic, not able to be shortened and (she hoped) reasonably timeless.

Your post reminded me of her and brought a tear to my eye as she’s no longer with us.

@Winky2024 Never heard of Joan being shortened to Jo before! I guess that's why she wanted your name to be one that couldn't be shortened😊
