Dorothy Rose flows better than Dorothy Lily, (because Dorothy and Lily both end in an 'ee' sound). I do like Lily (but it's overused).

Isabella, now you mention it is really gorgeous (but unfortunately also overused). Isabella Rose?
But Dorothy Rose is nice and more unusual.

Any combo without Lily in it. Lily is so very very overdone.

If you like Beatrice, consider also Beatrix (as in Beatrix Potter).

Not Nancy Rose, it sounds more like the name for a boat.
Dorothy Lily sounds a little clunky with the two Y sounds so close together. Have you considered Dorothea Lily, that flows better.
Beatrice Lily is lovely.

Personally Beatrice Rose is my favourite combination though
