Please help me name my 4 day old boy!

Baby boy born on Saturday and still doesn’t have a name! Names we do like but can’t use, for various reasons, are Jude, Leo and Joey. Want something similar but a little less popular - any suggestions?

He will be little brother to Bonnie and Thea if that helps…

Congratulations! Beautiful boy needs a beautiful name.
I am loving Jago, it's got that "twist" that both Thea and Bonnie have, they're traditional names but not overly used or boring.
Also Miles, Rex and Jonah have been standing out suggestions for me from this thread.

I think Reuben Hooton sounds perfectly fine you really are overthinking this. And with a middle name thrown into the mix the N sounds are even less noticeable. Such as Reuben James Hooton. Please do not use the name you actually really like because of this unnoticeable N sound as you may regret not using your favourite name for him. I also love Reuben it is a lovely name.

Sorry I don’t agree. I think Reuben Hooton sounds a bit cartoonish said out loud, too rhymey! I agree with OP that she would be better off without an n ending.

J names seem to be your thing OP, how about Jago? It’s been suggested a couple of times, it goes well with your others and is almost a middle ground between your other Js and Leo?

Jago Hooton written down is a bit ‘o’ heavy but said out loud it isn’t at all.

Also Jonathan Hooton: has an -n ending, but 3 syllables works ok. Then you could end up with

Jonty Hooton
Joss Hooton

as short forms?

Elliott Hooton is nice.

Robin Hooton is similar to Reuben but doesn't "rhyme" the vowel sounds in the same way.

Nico Hooton also good.

Keep wanting to suggest Jeff for some reason 😁
