I had my baby just over a week ago and narrowed two down

Henry DH great grandad heard he was a lovely man and do have a good friend called this.

Albert- does not have any family connections just really like it.

Do you think he looks more like a name?

Little brother for Wilfred

I think he looks like a Henry, and he's gorgeous. Congratulations. 👶Bear

Albert Henry 100 percent.

Albert. Goes with Wilfred better and he deserves his own name.

There's a danger he will be Harry Albie which doesn't sound great.

Who shortens a middle name?

asbestosmouth24 · 09/05/2024 23:02

Have you come to a decision yet @IrisRuby ?

desperatedaysareover · 08/05/2024 14:17

Henriest looking baby I ever saw, look at his wee nose, awwww

Sunnnybunny72 · 08/05/2024 14:15

Henry. Less cutesy than Albie which Albert may invariably become.

agncndmkd128494 · 08/05/2024 13:52

Beautiful, congratulations! I think Albert goes with Wilfred better - probably will end up being shortened to Albie though so if you're not keen on that go for Henry

Glowlearn · 08/05/2024 09:20

Gorgeous! Wilf and Bertie, definitely!

moonshinepoursthroughmywindow · 08/05/2024 09:18

Hard to tell when he's so little but I generally prefer Henry.

SNMummy2024 · 07/05/2024 19:53

He looks like an Arthur. Or a Hercules.

asbestosmouth24 · 07/05/2024 19:45

I think he looks like an Albert, also as others have said Albert goes nice with Wilfred. too many Henry's.

Ponderingwindow · 07/05/2024 19:40

he is clearly an Albert to me, despite the current vote. The other name might flow, but Albert suits him.

when my dd was born we had a similar dilemma. Luckily both DH and I knew the instant we saw her which name was correct.

MumMumMumMumMumMumMum · 07/05/2024 19:39

I like Albert with Wilfred, but would consider whether you like Albie as a nickname. If you don't, either chose Henry or be prepared to put your foot down every time you hear it!

ExcelNoVa · 07/05/2024 19:35

Both gorgeous combos (for a gorgeous baby! Congratulations!)

Henry just pips it for me, I think. I love the nickname ‘Hal’, Wilf & Hal! 😍

Comedycook · 07/05/2024 19:32

He's an Albert I think. Gorgeous baby!

BreadAndWineFeelingFine · 07/05/2024 19:32

Albert Henry.

Beautiful boy!

HoHoHoliday · 07/05/2024 19:30

Congratulations! He's a gorgeous little bundle of joy!

Albert Henry.
Both lovely names, but I think Wilf and Bertie sound like a smashing pair of brothers.

Do people actually nickname-ize middle names?!

user1984455 · 07/05/2024 19:06

He's gorgeous!

No preference to names order, just wanted to say congratulations!

caringcarer · 07/05/2024 01:42

Oh he's so cute. 😍 Both are nice names but I think Henry Albert flows Better.

OccasionalHope · 07/05/2024 00:17

I like Henry better for a first name, but he’s adorable whatever his name is:)
