What boy name/s have you heard recently that stood out to you as a beautiful name for a boy? Possibly something you’ve never heard before, maybe something you’ve heard before but don’t hear often.

My favourite ever boy’s name is Spike. I’ve met two young Spikes in my life and both have been wonderful boys-fun-loving, kind, gentle, resilient, sensible, sensitive, yet confident and strong. Fabulous name for fabulous boys.

Thank you for vindicating this name choice for me!! When I was pregnant with my twins I decided I loved the name Spike for a boy but my husband-at-the-time and my parents said it wasn't a real name! Fortunately we found out we were having 2 girls and found it much easier to agree girls names. They are 12 years old now!

I had a baby girl last week I was convinced she was a boy and we were going to call him Cedric which I love- has had mixed reviews but I think it's great

My FIL is Lawrence and I love it as a name.

Ivo is one of my favourite boy's names atm. It's unusual but simple.

I also like Elijah, Noah, Reuben, Saul. Lots of Old Testament names!
