Baby Girl Names - Help us Decide!

Hello!

Are you able to help us with our baby girl's name please?

Top contenders for first name at the moment are Cassie, Cassidy, Sydney, Frankie & Summer. What do you think or do have have any more suggestions with a similar vibe?!

For the middle name, we would really like a family name, or a variation of it, that fits nicely. We would be open to 2 middle names if it feels right.

My husbands family name is Elsie Jean & mine is Marian. The best we can come up with at the moment is Elsie or Jean on their own or Mari for Marian. Please help!!

I like Sydney and Frankie if short for Francesca, both go well with Jean as a middle name.

I like the flow of Cassie Mari Jean,assuming Mari is pronounced Marry.

I like all the names except Sydney and Elsie.

Not a massive fan of Cassie as a nickname either, and definitely not if short for Cassandra

Most of your names are not to my taste at all, but I do like Sydney. Sydney Jean somehow sounds both cool and cute!
How about Sydney Jean Marian? I think that would be a brilliant name.

Cassie, Cassidy, Sydney, Frankie & Summer do sound a bit like the mean girls in a low rent YA novel ‘after the holiday none of their lives would ever be the same again’ kinda thing

I do like Sydney though - Sydney Jean is nice

Or Francesca Jean nn Frankie

Or Cassia Marian nn Cassie

Not Cassidy (please) she’s not a horse

Summer used to have a hippy vibe but has gone south so I wouldn’t

Cassie - like it as a nickname for Cassandra, Cassidy, Cassia or Cassiopoeia. Probably wouldn't use it as a standalone.

Sydney - quite like it
Frankie - not keen. I love Francesca but don't think this is a nice shortening
Summer - it's ok. Would only use for a summer baby.

If open to longer names, I would choose Cassandra or Francesca. But, from the list exactly as it stands, I'd choose Cassidy.

Think Elsie, Jean and Marie all work well as middle names.

maybe also consider Edie, Florence, Charlotte and Emilia? I also think Emilia Summer Jean …. is nice if you wanted 2 middle names

I like Cassie & Frankie best from your list, personally I would opt for Cassandra or Francesca on the birth certificate but I don't have a strong opinion on it and can understand why you might prefer not to if you don't like the long version

I really like Summer and Cassie. I also like Frankie if short for Francesca.

I’m not so keen on Cassidy or Sydney.
