posting for my sister in law as she’s on here but can’t be bothered to change her name for optimum anonymity…

looking for a sibling name and middle name for:
Tilly, Elsie and Flora

Dont know if the baby is a boy or a girl!

Before I clicked on the post the name that came to me when I read the sibling was Niamh. Absolutely no idea why but think it goes nicely.
