Aurora's Sisters Name

In 2022, I had a stillborn baby. Her name is Aurora after sleeping beauty, as I found myself calling her "my sleeping beauty". I'm currently 28 weeks with our rainbow baby girl. We are so exited for her, but we are really struggling with her name. We were almost going to call Aurora, Willa Louise but when she was born Aurora seemed a better fit so we went with that. But it feels super wrong if we were to call this little girl Willa Louise, as if its tied to Aurora and I don't want this little girl to live in Aurora's shadow. I cannot for the life of me find another name I like. What would you name a sister for Aurora Blythe? 💗

Before I read your post, I thought Willow.

What about Freda?
Sadie?

I'm sorry for your loss and totally understand that you feel the need for an unrelated name. Given i think you like names ending in 'a' I'll just list some of my favourite of those names, hope it gives you some ideas.

Seraphina
Freya
Sophia (those two are now very popular although they were on my list since the 00s, never got to use them)
Francesca
Lilia
Julia
Marianna
Alyssa
Melissa
Philippa nn Pippa
Petra
Elena/Lena
Leah
Isabella
Anna
Natasha

Some non 'a' ones, could be middle names
Persephone
Rosalind
Imogen
Marianne
Phoebe
Also like Tamsin from PP list

Sorry about your loss, @1209ET . I would not use the term 'rainbow baby', and I would avoid a rainbow-style name like Iris or Hope, because a stillbirth is such an enormous loss.

How about a strong sounding completely different name like Tamsin or Harriet?
