Just that really. Middle name either way would be Joseph. Any particular preference and why?

@LittleBrownBaby In the North of Ireland so not hugely concerned with those associations even though they are well known namesakes. Just as equally put off by Daniel O’Donnell lol.

@peppermum60 haha great name! I don’t mind Dom as a nickname either, it’s no different to Dan to me. Would only plan on using the full names ourselves.

@TomatoSandwiches Grandfathers are James and Joseph. We used James as the middle name before so would use Joseph next time given the chance.

Daniel, though would probably prefer Joseph Daniel it's still a lovely name combo. Plus the "flow" depends on your last name of course.

Not sure Dominic is as bad as some are suggesting. I know a couple of late teens who are both "Dom" - no name based problems as far as I'm aware.

Daniel because the Dominics I know all get called Dom.
There used to be a tv advert for Domestos that went 'Big bad Dom'.
