A baby sister for James

Due our baby girl next year and struggling for a name.

Doesn't have to be a classic/traditional but also don't want something too out there or unique.

Open to any suggestions anyone may have!

I really like Penelope/Penny. Charlotte would also go well with James as it's classic but not too "old lady"
I also like Matilda for similar reasons to Charlotte, and they have a few shortened versions/nicknames to go by too

nah, too much of a similar "ay" sound to my ears. You want something contrasting.
