Absolutely. I have one in my family and her nn is Vivi, pronounced Viv-eee. Gorgeous name.

First three things I think of- Pretty Woman, Vivenne Westwood and The Vivienne from Drag Race. I'm quite neutral on those connotations and I actually really like it as a name.
