Need an usual/uncommon girl's name

We cannot think of a girls name we like that isn't really popular.

Names we like but for various reason probably won't use are;

Storm
Sloane
Lovella
Quinn

Can anyone else suggest some more unusual girls names along the same lines?

One of my school friends was Rowena, she'd be in her 50s now. I also knew a Xanthe. Most of my classmates were Samantha, Melanie, Debbie, Katrina, Alison, Frances, Sarah, Joanne, Fiona, Karen, Gillian, Helen, Clare, Rachel.

I've always loved the name Velvet after the character in the book and film National Velvet. I've got 2 boys though and I'm not having any more children.

Mariel. It's my favourite ever girls name. DH vetoed it when DD was born 🙄

Meriel and Meryl are also nice. I've only ever met one of each.

IMO there is a very good reason no one else is calling their children Storm or Sloane.

If I wanted a name no one else was likely to use I would pick a name that was previously popular but won't come back into fashion for a long time, like Elaine, Suzanne, Michelle or Natalie, or a name that is currently very popular in another country but also works in English such as Celeste, Anouska or Ida.
