Sibling for Willow

I’ve recently found out I’m having a little boy. All the names I liked before I now suddenly hate which is annoying. There’s only one that I keep coming back to and it’s Leo. I have a 5 year old dd called Willow so thinking Leo sounds too similar. What do you think?

I know a few Willows and oddly enough have brothers called Rowan, Ronin and Rohan. Must be a certain sound that draws people to those names

Hiddenvoice · 18/10/2023 07:53

Thanks everyone for your suggestions!

Got a few that we quite like but still not 100% on so waiting to see what one sticks. Was so much easier naming our dd!

I think Willow and Leo sound nice together. They're both very 'soft' sounding names imo.

I like a pp's suggestion of Ivo too.

Thanks everyone!

My dh isn’t a big fan of what he would deem American sounding names. I particularly like River and Sage bur they are definite nos to him.

Rowan was on the list before I knew it was a boy and I’m trying to convince myself to like it again.

Love the name Theo but it’s our little dogs name!

Paul is a great name but a family name.

Most likely I’ll wait until the little one is born and hopefully be able to choose a name quickly or he might be baby boy for a while!

It was a lot easier with my dd, as soon as my dh said the name Willow I was in love with it and it feels like it fits her perfectly.
