To go with big sister Hazel?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
BrandyandGinger · 04/10/2023 21:41

It's lovely and absolutely perfect with Hazel.

SardineJam · 04/10/2023 21:39

Yes 👌

Much prettier though. It’s not just the a on the end it’s the eena sound vs eyen.

Also it’s not so dated.

Huh, I’ve always pronounced Carolina as Caroline-a, like the place. I know a Karolina who pronounces it like -leena, but she’s foreign

It’s practically the same name
It comes from Charles too and has the same meaning, just a different vowel on the end and slightly different origin (Latin vs German)

👍

Carouselfish · 04/10/2023 19:49

I like nn Caro. And I like Carolina. Not sure about the line part of Caroline. Carolyn perhaps.

AnnieSnap · 04/10/2023 19:30

I love it, but I did give it to my youngest as her middle name.

CarolineT23 · 04/10/2023 19:29

I'm Caroline and I like it. Unfortunately I often get called Caz or Cazza neither of which I'm keen on. I did have to ban the song at my wedding.

Yes. Sweet.

Sweet Caroline.

ranoutofquinoaandprosecco · 04/10/2023 17:29

I'm a Caroline and always thought it wasn't very unique, but I like it now. I don't like it being shortened though!

SunnieShine · 04/10/2023 17:23

Lovely name.

Mimilamore · 04/10/2023 17:22

Yes... both lovely names

SummerWillow · 04/10/2023 16:56

My boss calls me Cazza! Also had Caro and Cara. People also often call me Catherine by mistake.

muddyford · 04/10/2023 15:58

Love it.

BugsyDrakeTableScape · 04/10/2023 15:54

It's a no

Marcipex · 04/10/2023 15:52

Lovely name, not keen on Carrie though.
I do like Caro as a shortening, but all the Carolines I know are called their full name.

yikesanotherbooboo · 04/10/2023 15:18

Lovely classic name that feels current without being trendy . Yes .

CC222 · 04/10/2023 14:43

Great name but I'm biased because that's my name 😂

SoShallINever · 04/10/2023 14:38

It's a perfectly decent name but does sound dated to me.

WhatHappenedinLondon · 04/10/2023 14:18

Love it, would have used it if I could

Ilikeyourdecor · 04/10/2023 14:16

I love it, it was on my list.
I've never met one who shortens it to anything. Certainly not Cazza!
