Need some inspiration. I obviously like old fashioned girls names. It can’t end with an ‘ie’ though. Any suggestions welcome! Names I like are:

Maeve
Una
Ida
Violet
Martha

Love Oona but spelt like that (else you might get Yew-nuh 😮)

Joy is Too Much to live up to
Iris and Violet are nice but overdone
Don’t like Maeve (like Mauve) or Martha (dreary)

Ida and Martha are lovely. Personally I hate Joy because both the Joys I have known have been absolutely anything but, beastly women. Puts me off a bit 😂
What about Esther? I love that name but it’s very similar to my son’s name so it isn’t one I’ll ever be able to use!
