I really like it but is it to “old”. For reference will be an only child so no other names to go with…

Cecilia is lovely, it has such a pretty ring to it, and is timeless I think. It's definitely not too old in this new age of little Ediths and Mauds.

I like it, reminds me of Cecilia Ahern. I think it would work best with a two-syllable surname eg. Cecilia Johnson has a better ring to it than Cecilia Jones IMO.
