Astrid &… ?

Need a boy name to go with it!

our last name is very common and one syllable (eg Jones)

need a Boy and a Girl name now.

pretty much set on Astrid for girl but struggling with a boy name…

I really like Edwin but DH is on the fence.
He likes Oliver but I’m not keen ( sweet but a bit boring IMO)
Etienne also an option but not sure it’s “the one”

we already have 2 DS both with names that are recognisable but not commonly heard and a little old fashioned (think Albert, Cecil… similar to these)

any suggestions?

I have an Astrid! She has 2 sisters though. My unused boy list included:
Torben
Logan
Caspar
Benedict
Roger
Joseph
Jasper

Which I realise is a slightly random mix but there we go!

Thanks for your input but I’m not looking for an opinion on the name Astrid, just something to go with it.

Leonidas came to mind, so I suppose that's Leonard, Leonid or Leo.

Ahh I love Astrid! I think of Astrid Kircherrr, the Beatles early photographer. Her partner was one of John lennons best friends, Stuart Sutcliffe. How about Harrison?

I think Everett goes with Astrid and has a similar feel. Not too common but not unknown
