Not keen on Keira. Ciara looks much prettier, but I prefer Cara.

Ciara is a better spelling or even Kiera at a push.

Most people would know Keira Knightley though so more used to that spelling

I like it but another vote for a Ciara rather than Keira - but I'm Irish so that has a strong influence on my preference.

I think Ciara is much prettier and the Keira spelling a bit 90s and dated.
Ciara Willow is a lovely.

It has a lovely flow to it - the traditional Irish spelling is Ciara I think, but people are used to the Keira spelling due to Knightley I think. Go with the spelling you like best
