Help with baby boy names - Edmund, Laurence, and more

Hi everyone, I’ve narrowed my list of boy names down to 8 but I’m trying to get down to a top 3. Please give me any opinions on these names!

Albert - dislike. Still feels old fashioned and dreary somehow.
Alistair - love this. Traditional but not old fashioned or over-used
Edmund - have always liked this. Peppa Pig hasn’t put me off.
Hugh - dislike. It’s too empty sounding.
Hugo - like.
Jasper - one of my grandparents called wasps, Jaspers.
Laurence - really dislike as feels dreary. Particular dislike of Laurie which sounds babyish. Do like pp’s suggestion of Lars.
Rupert-quite like.

Albert - get rid. I know it came back into fashion with Bertie/Albie but it's still old man to me/Prince Albert cock ring

Alistair - is ok

Edmund - get rid. It will always be the Narnia treacherous turkish-delight eating wanker to me.

Hugh - get rid. Plummy. Like Tim nice-but-dim. Do love me a bit of Hugh Grant though. Huw Edwards not so much.

Hugo - ironically given the above, I love Hugo. DH vetoed as I was told it was a posho name.

Jasper - ubiquitous in primary, fewer in secondary so must have got popular last decade. Is ok.

Laurence - apart from that twunt Laurence Fox, I do like the name. Not keen on Laurie/Larry though. I'd probably go for Lawrence nn Lars.

Rupert - Rupert the bear. Rupert Campbell- Black. Goes in the posh twat category.

Jasper - I don’t know why but to me Jasper is a twit, Caspar is alright

Alister Hugo or Laurence .. Rupert sounds like an old man I like Edmund too but it depends Edmund sounds like a child who goes to private school haha I like it though or Edward
