What do you think of Gwen? Maybe short for Gwendolen, but maybe just Gwen.

The name Gwen is so nice. Don't feel like to have to use a longer name just to shorten it to get to Gwen 😊

It's my DD's name so I'm biased but I think it's beautiful. She's Gwendolyn which I adore but mostly gets Gwen or Gwennie or Gwenlyn

Gwen is such a pretty name! Makes me think of Gwen Stefani, and also (like one previous poster mentioned) the character Gwen i Downton Abbey.

Gwenan is better than Gwennan. , and I prefer just Gwen to either of them.

Just Gwen is nice. Not keen on Gwendoline or Gwendolyn as they're anglicised.
Gwendolen is Welsh but is Gwen-DOL-en not GWEN-do-lyn
There are many Welsh names that will shorten to Gwen like Gwenda, Gwenan etc

I love Gwen but it clashes with our surname. I don’t think it needs a longer name. Gwen is beautiful on its own

It’s a very pretty name. I’ve taught/teach quite a few Gwen’s and they are always such lovely people

I haven't heard it for a while but think it is sweet and quite chic. I know a Wendy short for Gwendoline too.
