Thea, Bonnie and Marnie.

Please don't call your baby Coco or Bibi 😬

dizzydizzydizzy · 18/07/2023 07:54

I like traditional names, so the only ones I really like are Thea and Bonnie.

Jude is nice but I personally avoid unisex names.

LulooLemon · 18/07/2023 07:52

Thea - yes
Coco - you can't give a child a clown's name
Bonnie - sounds like not a proper name
Bibi - sounds like not a proper name
Alma - yes
Jude - no
Maya - yes
Juno - no
Marnie - no

My favourite is Maya if pronounced to rhyme with Sky-a

OopsieeDaisy · 18/07/2023 07:27

Marnie is nice and Thea is ok but there are so many at the moment.
I have to agree with a pp that Coco sounds like a stripper.

Rainbowqueeen · 18/07/2023 07:10

Not Jude. It’s a boys name.

Id pick one of Bonnie, Marnie, Coco or Thea

Retrievemysanity · 18/07/2023 07:09

Maya and Thea are pretty. Bonnie is ok and maybe Juno.

clpsmum · 17/07/2023 23:51

Coco

Stripper name

urbanbuddha · 18/07/2023 07:01

Juno

BrandonFlowersTurkeyTeeth · 18/07/2023 06:56

Thea and Marnie are my favourites from the list

TheYear2000 · 18/07/2023 06:49

I like Thea and Alma best from your list. I love Jude for a boy but not for a girl- although of course it could be a nickname for Judith.
Please please use one of the suggested longer names if your heart is set on Bibi, so your daughter has some choice as to whether she is Beatrice say or Bibi. Imagine being an adult woman called Bibi. It might sound cute for a baby/small child but I can imagine it being fairly burdensome for an awkward teen or a serious woman.

marshmallowfinder · 18/07/2023 06:33

Coco and Juno are very nice.

mellongoose · 18/07/2023 06:28

I know a Chloe nicknamed Coco. Really cute.

Other than that, Marnie.

babysharkdoodoodedoodedoo · 18/07/2023 06:25

Bibi is a nickname for Tabitha if you like it!

Runningslow · 18/07/2023 06:13

Thea is the only one I like.

HuntingoftheSnark · 18/07/2023 06:11

Most of your list are what I think of as nicknames (obviously doesn't make them less than names). I like Thea and Alma.

user1492757084 · 18/07/2023 04:43

Bibi is a really cute nick name.
Could it be used for ..
Vivienne - Vivi or Bibi
Bonnie Bridget - Bibi
Bonnie Bianca - Bibi
Beatrix Ruby - Bibi
Bonnie Bethany - Bibi
Barbra Genevieve - Bibi

Smallonesaremorejuicy · 18/07/2023 02:04

Love Bonnie & Coco
Definitely not Thea

Jongleterre · 18/07/2023 02:04

Thea - no
Coco - no
Bonnie - no
Bibi - no
Alma - no
Jude - okayish
Maya - okayish
Juno - no
Marnie - lovely

heartofglass23 · 18/07/2023 01:48

Thea too many Theo's these days. I see it as 'the' A
Coco clown
Bonnie lovely but tragic in GWTW
Bibi bib, dribbling, not a good image
Alma scary frizzy haired old lady
Jude mostly boys name but ok if going for unisex
Maya best of the bunch
Juno hate the film
Marnie quite American? Kelly Preston's character in twins

Thebirdhouse · 18/07/2023 01:07

We don't have the same tastes as I think they pretty much all sound like nicknames. My preference would be Jude although I associate it as a boy's name mainly wouldn't give that name to a girl.
If I had to choose one from your list for a girl, it would probably be Bonnie but the name makes me think of a round faced, chubby, cheerful girl. That or Bonnie Langford.

CallieQ · 18/07/2023 01:01

Don't like Coco or Bonnie

CallieQ · 18/07/2023 01:01

Juno or Marnie

Somanycats · 18/07/2023 00:27

Marnie is just about okay

Pufflebow · 18/07/2023 00:21

Really surprised people like coco, it’s cute but as an adult I wouldn’t like to be called coco. Could you go with one of the longer versions that it’s used as a nn for? Like Cordelia

i thought Jude was a boys name

i think bonnie is lovely
Thea, Alma, maya and Marnie aren’t my taste but lovely names anyway

some others

Josie/Josephine
Maribel
ottilie

ruby
bridget
dana
aida
cora
bree
mimi
nova

I like Thea, Coco and Bonnie a lot. Also quite like Alma, although I prefer Alba.

Same choice.
