Thanks, everyone! This helped my husband and I a lot. We'd lost objectivity looking at the name for our little one. We have been pronouncing it 'Zee-lee-ya' like Celia / Delia.

I went to uni with a Zelia. She always had to introduce herself as ‘Zelia with a zed’ otherwise she got called Celia.

If I had to guess, I would try it to rhyme with Celia, too, but, when I see a name I'm not sure of, I generally check with the person.
