You absolutely cannot name your child Chase! They will be teased relentlessly about Paw Patrol!! Can you imagine how many times he’d have the theme tune sang at him?!

Séamus or Shane, shortened to Shay if you must. Good strong names. Not keen on Chase tbh.

Chase is very American and makes me think of a character from a Tennessee Williams play. Some could pull it off.

Shay feels like it was popular twenty years or so ago. I don’t think it’s bad but I don’t get the best vibe from it. Though I’d probably choose it over Chase as it’d be the safer choice.

I have a Chase and still love his name, he was born before Paw Patrol. We have only met a couple over the years.
Don’t worry what others think, choose the name you love.
