I know the name is unisex, just wondered about first impressions.

I really love this name for a boy, it's a more common name for a girl in the uk but boy in America

That's a boy spelling to me. Girls would be Kacy or Kayce.

Girl, although closely followed by boy 😆because when I was a kid there was a US TV prog about a male train driver called Casey Jones.
