I know the name is unisex, just wondered about first impressions.

@CrazyArmadilloLady I'm looking for boys names and I think I really like this for a boy - but a bit worried it's too girly / people would assume girl. So thought I'd poll!

Reminds me of the book Casey the utterly impossible horse which was my absolute favourite as a child. Casey was a male.

I hear Casey I think of Chicago Fire (though it's actually his surname!), closely followed by Casey Batchelor (model).

It's unisex and a surname, but not particularly offensive or likely to get the child picked on 🤷‍♀️ - unless if course they want to be sherlock holmes and its 'casey is on the case' but compared to shit kids make up is rather mild.
