so far i have maggie, mags, peggy, meg, megan, madge, greta. my mum says daisy is one too but i've never heard that one before!!

I know someone who's caled Marge - I'd always assumed it was for Marjorie, but apparently she was christened Margaret.

Marguerite is the french version of Margaret, Latin name of a daisy

Margaret means 'pearl' in Greek

Yes Daisy is a dimunitive of Margaret, comes from the French version Marguerite (Margeurites are big Daisies)
