So I like the Q sound and I like the “ee” at the end.

So we have:
Queenie
Quincy
Queefie
Quiannee/Quianie

Any others?

Quintana?

If you like Queefie, how about Quinsy 😂

I think Queenie is the only usable name on that list. Quincy is okay but too much like Quinsy.

Isn’t Queenie a diminutive, rather than a real name? I’ve known it used for an Alexandra.

(Sorry, not helpful!)

I don't want to google it but I'm pretty sure Queefie isn't a name you'd want to give a child.
