Out of the three which would be your pick and why?

Nina by a long long way. Erin is just not quite my thing, but Sadie always makes me think of sadism!

Frazzled2108 · 24/06/2023 14:08

Erin is lovely. Just don't like Nina or Sadie.

YoucancallmeKAREN · 24/06/2023 14:03

Love all 3 but i would choose Sadie.

Irishmummy6363 · 22/06/2023 21:16

Erin or Nina, don’t like Sadie! I know a gorgeous lovely 5 year old Nina.

Dalekjastninerels · 21/06/2023 15:02

I like Erin and Nina. Sadie is ok, but I prefer the first two.

BinkyBeaufort · 21/06/2023 14:58

Nina
Classy and elegant. Perhaps it's the Scandi vibe.
Also love Stella btw

UsernameIsHarderThanBabyName · 11/06/2023 17:43

Nina or Sadie

Pemba · 11/06/2023 15:31

Lucy is lovely too.

Still don't like Erin, it sounds fake Irish to me, like Irish-American. There are lots of lovely Irish names. Then one of the daughters in 'The Waltons' was Erin I think? (old American drama, this is going back a long time!). It's not horrible, no, but I do prefer the other choices.

Derrymum123 · 11/06/2023 13:49

Love Erin as all the ones I have met are full of life and fun.
Next Nina, works so well with any surname and is so pretty.
Not sure about Sadie. Don't dislike but it doesn't jump out as a name I would choose out of these 3.

myrtleWilson · 11/06/2023 13:43

I have a young adult Sadie and as yet can confirm she's neither a spiteful madam nor a chain smoking scrapper in pub gardens (although there are 40 years to go for the latter)... Her name suits her...

Imabitbusyatthemoment · 11/06/2023 13:34

They are all great OP!

ourflagmeansdeath · 11/06/2023 13:32

Sadie is absolutely lovely. Then I like Nina as well and Erin is okay but doesn't seem feminine to me. Lucy is beautiful and my 2nd option after Sadie, but it's defo less "interesting" compared to Sadie and Nina.

mommacots · 11/06/2023 13:03

Love Sadie, not keen on the others

KirstenBlest · 11/06/2023 12:08

Erin sounds a bit harsh but is still a bit nothingy
Lucy is lovely but popular, as are names like Lily, Luna, Lila etc
Sadie's a bit different
Nina is great

Birthdayboy · 11/06/2023 11:51

Nina for sure

BungleandGeorge · 11/06/2023 11:49

Erin or sadie. Nina is ok but does sound like a siren!
I like Lucy the best

WowIlikereallyhateyou · 11/06/2023 11:45

Erin is the only one i like.

yikesanotherbooboo · 11/06/2023 11:44

I like Sadie but would consider it a diminutive of Sarah.
It's an OT name but that doesn't mean one has to be Jewish to use it.

Leapintothelightning · 11/06/2023 11:35

Wale90 · 11/06/2023 07:22

I love all three @wagasallday , all of them on my girls list along with Zoe and Stella.

As it happens, we're having a boy but your tastes sound incredibly similar.

Does anyone want to share their boy names if they loved these like the OP?

Our boys names that we didn't use (2 girls!) were Liam, Angus, Fraser and Nathan

Leapintothelightning · 11/06/2023 11:20

I absolutely love Erin (DD's name so I am biased!) Nina is lovely, I'm not a fan of Sadie but can't put my finger on why!

margegunderson · 11/06/2023 08:40

Why does it have to be girly?
Any of them is fine but there are lots of Erins rn.

Lavenderfowl · 11/06/2023 08:32

If you like Erin but want something a smidge more girly how about Erica?

My second favourite is Sadie.

Bubbledog99 · 11/06/2023 08:29

Love Erin!
I quite like Nina
Not so keen on Sadie, prefer Sarah

mumonherphone · 11/06/2023 08:25

Love Erin, this would be my choice. Then Sadie or Lucy. Maybe you'd like Nancy?

Sorry but I don't like nina purely because of the dad joke about it being a siren noise (nee-naw)

Willmafrockfit · 11/06/2023 08:13

love lucy the best
