My daughter is Alma. It's an old name that hasn't really come back around yet so I liked that it wasn't too popular. A few people mentioned the link with Corrie, but I'm too young to remember and don't watch soaps so I didn't give a shit! You like it, go with it!

How lovely that you named your DD Alma. It is such a beautiful name and also the name of the very talented 18 year old British composer Alma Deutscher. Op, consider this one! Also like Louisa, Claudia or what about Ophelia?
